Lake McConaughy is Nebraska's largest reservoir and offers outstanding boating, great fishing, swimming, and over 100 miles of white sand beaches. Bayside Golf Club is considered a world class public golf course. Whether your family wants to spend vacation on the lake or hitting the links, our house is perfectly located for both! The space: This will be our third summer sharing our house with guests. With all the great feedback from our over 50 guests that have stayed the past two years, we feel that this summer our house will be even better suited than ever for your stay. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms our place is ideally suited for a family who wants space or a couple families traveling together to come and enjoy the "lake lifestyle". With the deck overlooking the lake and the golf course, it really doesn't get any better than letting the sun go down while toasting your favorite drinks with friends and family and taking in the views. An open concept on the main level makes the perfect place for your family and friends to enjoy a home cooked meal, great conversation, and a couple cocktails served from the wet-bar. The entire house is furnished with new bedding along with granite counter tops, tile flooring, and leather furniture. It has a kitchen that was made for cooking as it has plenty of counter and cabinet space and is open to the dinning and living room. It includes basic dishes and cookware in addition to a deep fat fryer, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. The dinning room has a picture window and a table that seats 6 and a bar counter that seats 3. While dinner is cooking, you can watch your favorite DISH channels on the 52" flat screen TV in the living room. WIFI is also available. This is a 1,090 sq ft 2 bedroom/ 1 bath house that sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully furnished with a breakfast nook and has a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a toilet, tub/shower combination. Our back yard has a fire pit with ample seating for enjoying the stars. Small pets allowed (up to 2 dogs).
